Transfer hatch for petrol stations and night shops

Night sales at a petrol station or night shop often mean a single employee stands alone behind the counter, at a time when there is little other public around. That is precisely the moment a robbery is most likely. A transfer hatch in the façade — sometimes called a night hatch — lets you keep the door closed at night or during high-risk moments, while sales of fuel, tickets or basic products continue through a secured drawer.

For exchanging cash, petrol stations and night shops generally combine the transfer hatch with a cash tray, so payments do not have to cross the counter directly. Both solutions are designed to be installed into an existing façade — a petrol station or night shop does not need to replace its entire front to keep selling safely at night.
